Vylan is built by two co-founders, Zachary Thresh and Tyler Jette. There is no one else — no support team, no account managers, no outsourced help desk.

Vylan is small, which means the person answering hello@vylan.app is one of the people building it. If something here is wrong, or missing, or you just want to argue about how document collection should work, that address reaches us.

It also means feature requests go straight to the people who can build them, and bug reports do not queue behind a triage process. That is the upside of being two people. The downside is that we sleep sometimes.
